Hi, I’m Olivia
I’m an architecture-trained residential designer in Newcastle. I design and plan homes, both new builds and renovations, for people who want a home that’s practical, beautiful and easy to live in. One that feels like them, supports their wellbeing, and keeps working as life changes.
I’ve always been drawn to the handmade: textiles and pattern, food and gardens. I’ve also travelled extensively through the Mediterranean and lived for many years in Spain, which left me with an appreciation of homes built for their place and climate, from simple, honest materials.
I live in Charlestown with my husband and two boys, and work from my home studio.
Every project starts with a conversation. I want to know how your days actually run – where you drink your morning coffee, how you use each room, what’s always in the way, and what’s never quite found its place. That’s where the plan begins.
